Dan and Sharon Schwartz established Dan Schwartz Realty, Inc. in 1976. Through the early 1980s, Dan and Sharon operated as a traditional split commission brokerage, employing as many as 12 agents. In 1988 they converted to their exclusively 100% commission program. Their goal was to offer an affordable commission plan that would enable agents to realize their individual goals and dreams.

Designated Broker, Duane Fouts
Duane Fouts first obtained his real estate license while attending Montana State University in the early 1980s. In 1987, Duane and his wife Jill moved to Phoenix with their children Kyle and Rebecca. They obtained their Arizona real estate licenses that year. They briefly worked for a small company marketing Government acquired Homes. In 1988 they joined Dan Schwartz Realty, Inc.
In 1994, Duane Fouts became Partner and General Manager of Dan Schwartz Realty, Inc. In November 1995, Duane obtained his Arizona Real Estate Broker's license. As the company grew, this partnership blossomed and in early 2001 Duane Fouts, became Owner/Broker of Dan Schwartz Realty, Inc.
In 2005 Duane's son Kyle Fouts, joined our Broker team, along with Bill Thorne from Nevada, and Jay Graves increasing our full time Broker staff to seven very knowledgeable people.
